ESG Frameworks

Main Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the implementation of the Group's ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) strategy at operational sites
• Participate in the collection, analysis and reporting of ESG data in accordance with internal standards and international reference frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.)
• Support field teams in identifying and monitoring environmental indicators (GHG emissions, water consumption, waste management, etc.)
• Help prepare internal and external ESG audits
• Participate in regulatory and sector monitoring related to sustainable development issues
• Raise awareness of CSR best practices and Group objectives among internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the drafting of ESG communication documents and media (reports, indicator sheets, presentations, etc.)

General Skills :

• Knowledge of ESG guidelines and sustainable development issues in the industrial sector
• Ability to analyze and process environmental and social data
• Ability to write technical reports and summarize information
• Rigor, organizational skills and team spirit
• Good communication skills to interact with different departments
• Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, PowerPoint); initial experience with ESG or BI tools a plus
• Curiosity, commitment to sustainability and willingness to learn

Academic Background & Experience :

Engineering degree or Master's degree with a specialization in sustainable development, environment, risk management or social sciences applied to industry, with initial experience in a CSR/ESG or HSE department or in a design office is desirable.

The position is based in Marrakech.
