Hydraulic Networks and Utilities Contract Manager

Main Responsibilities :
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of water networks (raw water, industrial water, wastewater, etc.)
- Manage the contract and the technical and operational interface with our water supplier, including flow monitoring, water quality, incidents and improvement projects
- Coordinate technical interventions with service providers and ensure smooth operation of installations
- Analyze consumption and propose energy and environmental optimization measures
- Draw up infrastructure renewal and modernization plans
- Participate in utility-related investment projects, ensuring technical and economic consistency
- Implement and monitor performance indicators for networks and associated services
- Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards throughout the perimeter
General Skills :
- Mastery of industrial hydraulic networks and utilities
- Solid knowledge of contract management and budget monitoring
- Ability to analyze consumption and technical performance
- Proficiency in CMMS tools and energy modeling/management software
- Organizational skills, rigor and autonomy in multi-project management
- Good interpersonal skills to coordinate internal and external teams
- Sensitivity to environmental and energy issues
Academic Background & Experience :
Engineering degree in process engineering, hydraulics, power engineering, rural engineering, or equivalent, with at least 5 years' experience in utility network management in an industrial environment.
The position is based in Tizert.
