Industrial Project Manager

Main Responsibilities :
- Manage the Tizert concrete plant construction project, in coordination with internal teams and partner SENET
- Monitor project planning, resource management, budget and deadlines
- Supervise civil engineering work related to backfilling and associated infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with technical, quality, safety and environmental standards on site
- Ensure project reporting and interface with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify technical risks, propose corrective solutions and ensure work compliance
- Participate in technical acceptance of works and handover to operating teams
General Skills :
- Expertise in industrial or mining civil engineering, with a specialization in backfilling
- Knowledge of plant construction or heavy infrastructure projects
- Mastery of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and technical construction standards
- Good analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills in a constrained environment
- Field leadership, team spirit and adaptability to mining environments
- Organizational skills, rigor and autonomy
Academic Background & Experience :
Engineering degree in civil or mining engineering, with a minimum of 4 to 5 years' experience in industrial project management, specializing in backfill/concrete.
Position based in Marrakech.
