Key QHSE responsibilities at Managem include:

• Managing and implementing QHSE policies related to the specific challenges of the mining sector.
• Identifying, analyzing, and managing operational risks, with the implementation of preventive measures to ensure the safety of teams and facilities.
• Participating in internal and external audits to assess compliance and propose improvement actions.
• Monitoring key QHSE performance indicators and preparing reports for management.
• Coordinating corrective and preventive actions after incidents or non-compliance.
• Organizing training and awareness programs to promote best QHSE practices and environmental management among teams.
