Mining Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- As a Mining Production Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with and enforcement of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards within your scope, including coordination with other departments;
- Ensuring the implementation of agreed technical solutions as defined in operational procedures;
- Identifying workforce, equipment, and consumables requirements necessary for the production process;
- Developing annual production programs and monthly schedules in collaboration with mine planning engineers;
- Ensuring the sustainability and reliability of production resources;
- Managing assigned investment projects;
- Monitoring and controlling technical mining performance indicators;
- Overseeing the collection of production and billing data;
- Preparing technical activity reports;
- Managing interfaces with other operational departments and subcontractors;
- Analyzing performance data and optimizing ratios, variances, and operating costs;
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations;
- Leading and managing teams, including recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and career development.
