Cybersecurity Project & Demand Coordinator

Missions

• Manage and coordinate customer cybersecurity requests

• Coordinate project initiation and kick-off meetings with key stakeholders

• Support the end-to-end demand management process

• Prepare and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals

• Track and prioritize incoming requests to ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate communication between customers and Product Managers

• Prepare project status reports with the support of Product Managers

• Monitor project progress, issues, and action plans

• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution

• Organize and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders

• Contribute to continuous process improvement
