• Location: Preferably Agadir or Marrakesh (Remote with occasional office visits) or Casablanca (Hybrid)

• Language Requirement: English (Minimum C1 level)

Project scope:

• Delivering end-to-end IT Talent Acquisition service directly to Customers against tight deadlines, service levels, and targets.

• Sourcing candidates from a variety of channels, media tools, and tactics

• Building and maintaining trustworthy, long-term relationships with Clients

• Delivering the highest level of advisory to candidates on career progression, legal and financial matters

• Supporting Sales Teams with market analysis on trends, capacity, and availability of IT Talent.

• Analyzing and reporting individual metrics and pipeline data against expected results
